    Return Policy

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on intimate items such as swimwear and under garments.

    If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please first contact us via email to report the issue: sugarbunchstore@gmail.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Reasons For Returns

    Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

    Damaged item or quality issue -  If you receive a damaged item, incorrect item or misrepresented item contact the store and report the issue. Once your report has been received we will reach out to approve a refund, exchange or inquire further about the issue. You may be asked to provide an accurate picture of the item received to verify the issue.

    Size Exchanges  - Please contact us BEFORE you make any returns. Most of our printed items such as graphic apparel and wall art are "Print to order" so we are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. For that same reason, size exchanges on apparel will be honored only once per customer on a case by case basis to be determined by seller. Due to the nature of our print to order items, we are not able to exchange multiple items and exchanges will be granted at seller's discretion.

    Customer is required to contact our shop with request and wait for a response. Once an arrangement has been established and agreed upon between seller and customer, you must send the original item back before the new size will be shipped. Shipping address and instructions will be given upon correspondence and agreement. Customer is responsible for cost of additional shipping.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sugarbunchstore@gmail.com.

    Sale Items (if applicable)
    All sale (marked down) items are "final sale". Returns will not be refunded and we are not able to grant exchanges on any sale items.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sugarbunchstore@gmail.com and wait for instructions.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping for Returns
    To return your product, you should contact the store for specific instructions and return address.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
